One of the great advantages of choosing to stay at The Old Winterport Commercial House is the convenience to many different Maine attractions without having to drive hours to get there, packing it all up every night to see someplace different the following day, or trying to get some sleep in a noisy, larger city.  

Stay with us, do your exploring, and come back for a quiet and restful night.

If you have never stayed at a B&B before, you are certainly in for a treat when you choose to stay with us. We offer a very casual and relaxed inn. Whether you choose to socialize with other guests or choose to have a quaint and romantic time to yourselves, that option is up to you. We promise we won’t bug you either! Our private living quarters are on the third floor, so we are there for you if you need us.

Rooms
Located on the second floor above our antique shop (with a separate and private entrance) are 5 distinct rooms. Two rooms have one full size bed, one room has two full size beds, and two with queen size beds (Blueberry and Geneva Rooms). 

All rooms have a private full tub and shower (en suite), air conditioning, hair dryer, clock radio, and chocolates on your pillow. To help our guests get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, there are no individual tv’s in the bedrooms. There is one in the common breakfast room.

Single Room (two people) with one bed            $155.00 / night

Double Room (two people) with two beds         $168.00 / night
(Please add $25.00 per additional person)

Late Arrivals
Arriving later in the evening? No worries. A letter will be waiting for you in our Guest Mailbox located right at the B&B entrance. It will give you a code to the keypad on the entrance door and will explain where your room is. So, feel free to arrive at your convenience!

Bridal Showers, Weddings, & Family Functions
Groups who reserve all of our rooms for their events not only have the privilege of having the B & B to themselves, but also the availability of using our breakfast room as a gathering place anytime during the day or evening. Bridal parties have also used it in the morning to get ready for the big day.

Policies
Sorry but we are not able to accommodate young children. Besides, they tend to find us very boring. And while we love pets, we are unable to accommodate them. Feel free to inquire about area kennels. We are a non-smoking facility.
